Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation email will be sent only if a valid email address is provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods and Fees

All orders are shipped free of charge. Delivery times depend on the product. Product details indicate whether the item is a pre-order or in-stock product. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damage resulting from such delays.

Exchange and Return Policy

You have the right to exchange or return your entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products. To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at info@wrldcelestic.com. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product. Include your name and contact information with the returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The return address will be provided via email.

Problem Situations

Defective products may be returned or exchanged. If your package is damaged during shipping, report the issue via email to info@wrldcelestic.com within 14-days of receiving the package.
